Langtang Region

The scenic Langtang region Trek is located in Nepal's middle Himalayas. Langtang is a well-liked travel destination for trekkers and environment lovers from all over the world because of its breathtaking landscapes, diverse wildlife, and rich cultural legacy.

The Langtang region, which is north of Kathmandu, offers a rare blend of snow-capped mountains, verdant valleys, and alpine forests. The area is home to Langtang National Park, which covers an area of roughly 1,710 square kilometers and is Nepal's first national park in the Himalayas. The lake, which is surrounded by snow-capped hills and is located at an elevation of roughly 4,380 meters, offers a calm and tranquil setting. Every year during the full moon in August, thousands of devotees embark on a pilgrimage to Gosainkunda to pay their respects and take a holy dip in its pristine waters.
